Scope
BLS Electrical delivered a comprehensive electrical package for the refurbishment of the Everpure workplace, transforming the premises into a vibrant and functional modern office environment.
The project included customer-facing reception areas, collaborative meeting rooms, open-plan office zones, breakout facilities, kitchen amenities, welfare spaces, and specialist technical rooms. The completed fit-out balanced strong branding, practical performance, and a high-quality everyday user experience.
The Process
Everpure required a refreshed workspace that reflected company identity while supporting staff wellbeing, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
The brief called for upgraded lighting, reliable power infrastructure, modern controls, and carefully coordinated installations integrated into bespoke interior finishes. Works were delivered within a live commercial environment with careful planning around programme, access, and business continuity.
Scope of Works:
Electrical works completed throughout the project included LED lighting upgrades, feature lighting installations, small power systems, desk power supplies, floor box and workstation connections, distribution improvements, emergency lighting, data coordination, kitchen appliance supplies, welfare area power, testing, and commissioning.
Outcomes
Installations were carried out across reception, open-plan offices, meeting rooms, breakout zones, kitchens, server rooms, circulation areas, and support spaces.
Reception and First Impressions:
The entrance and reception area was designed to create an immediate professional impression while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Feature lighting, concealed LED details, illuminated joinery, branded elements, and discreet power provision were integrated to enhance both presentation and daily functionality.
Office and Collaborative Spaces:
Open-plan office areas required practical lighting levels, flexible workstation power, and dependable infrastructure for modern hybrid working.
Meeting rooms and training spaces were fitted with efficient lighting and power arrangements to support presentations, collaboration, and day-to-day team use.

Staff breakout spaces and kitchen areas were designed to encourage wellbeing and informal collaboration.
Decorative lighting, appliance supplies, under-unit lighting, convenience power points, and neatly integrated services created comfortable spaces for teams throughout the working day.
