Scope

Electrical works delivered across the project included power distribution, lighting installations, small power systems, feature pendant lighting, socket outlets, back-of-house supplies, kitchen power connections, emergency lighting provisions, switching arrangements, accessory installation, testing, and final commissioning.

Infrastructure was installed throughout lounge seating areas, dining zones, circulation spaces, staircase areas, food preparation rooms, refrigeration zones, service counters, and staff support areas.

The Process

The objective was to provide dependable infrastructure across a busy commercial venue where aesthetics, uptime, and functionality were equally important. Front-of-house areas required warm, controlled lighting and discreet power integration, while kitchen and service areas required more robust electrical provision for equipment and operational use.

The installation also needed to suit a multi-level layout, with systems coordinated across public and non-public areas.

Outcomes

  • Front of House Areas:

Customer-facing areas were designed to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, requiring lighting and power systems that supported both atmosphere and practicality.

Decorative pendant fittings, recessed lighting, wall lighting, and discreet socket placements were integrated throughout seating and dining spaces. Electrical layouts were coordinated to preserve clean interior lines while maintaining operational flexibility for day-to-day use.

  • Bar and Service Zones:

Service counters and hospitality zones required power provision for undercounter equipment, point-of-sale systems, refrigeration, lighting, and staff operations.

Electrical systems were arranged to support efficient service while maintaining tidy and unobtrusive finishes visible to customers.

  • Commercial Kitchen Areas:

Back-of-house kitchen spaces required more durable and practical electrical infrastructure suitable for a demanding operational environment.

Works included supplies for catering equipment, refrigeration units, extraction-related connections, task lighting, general lighting, sockets, and accessible isolation arrangements where required.

  • Outcome:

The completed venue provides a well-balanced combination of atmosphere, operational practicality, and dependable electrical performance.

Customer areas benefit from integrated lighting and clean finishes, while staff and kitchen areas are supported by robust systems suited to daily commercial use.

The result is a hospitality environment ready for consistent operation, customer use, and ongoing service demands.
